Kath has over 15 years’ experience of conducting, leading and advising on research and analysis largely in the Criminal Justice field. She started her career at the Home Office where she co-authored a number of publications on research findings and statistics relating to the prison population.
She has also worked as a researcher for Northamptonshire Police and The Office of Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commissioner. Recent topic areas have included: Stop and search, online safety, experiences of victims of crime and anti-social behaviour and young people’s views of the police.
Kath has a BSc in Behavioural Sciences awarded by the University of Leicester in 1996 and an MSc in Social Psychology awarded by the University of Surrey in 1998.
